my testimony
When I was 32 years old, I was saved—and that day, something inside me changed forever. It was a transformation.
Immediately, my mindset shifted. I began to see life through a different lens, asking questions like, “How can I use my life to help others?” rather than focusing on myself.
That doesn’t mean I’ve lived a perfect life since. Far from it. I stumbled plenty before I was saved, and I’ve stumbled plenty after. But God knows the difference between a rebellious heart and a sincere one striving to please Him.
📖 Hebrews 4:12 (NIV)
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”
God’s Word pierces deep—it gets right to the truth about who we are. And if we let it, it will shape us.
That’s why I believe the best thing we can do is stop judging others, fix our eyes on eternal things, and focus on showing His love through our thoughts, words, and actions. Talk is cheap; a life that reflects a desire to please Christ speaks volumes.
We all have a story, and we need to share our testimony. Your story may be the very thing God uses to reach someone who is lost—just like I was.

I uploaded a picture of myself to AI and asked it to put a suit on me. The result was more than I expected—a suit, a fresh haircut, and about 5 pounds of fat turned into muscle 🎉
I kept it because it reminds me to always strive toward the best version of myself—not in appearance alone, but in purpose. The mission of the man in that image is to be courageous, fight the good fight, focus on redirecting one life toward Jesus, and bring practical solutions to the attention of the most powerful people in Georgia in the pursuit of safer schools. That conviction comes from my own life experiences and from the adults who stepped in to help me when I was headed down the wrong path.
When I was twelve, I was stabbed in the stomach. I’ve stared down the barrel of two guns and faced other weapons. I am grateful that God spared my life as a teen and led me to be reborn (baptized) at 32.
From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked. 📖 Luke 12:48
This mission isn’t about changing leadership or stirring division—it’s about fostering reflection and promoting character-based leadership at the board level in schools, grounded in timeless truth. C.S. Lewis said: “Aim at heaven and you will get earth ‘thrown in’; aim at earth and you will get neither.”
